"If we execute murderers and there is in fact no deterrent effect, we have killed a bunch of murderers. If we fail to execute murderers, and doing so would in fact have deterred other murders, we have allowed the killing of a bunch of innocent victims. I would much rather risk the former. This, to me, is not a tough call."
Professor John McAdams, Marquette University

The worst punishment in the world is being given a death penalty, according to a personal opinion. The definition of the term death penalty is ‘putting a condemned person to death’. This means that if a person kills someone, in most cases, he himself will get adjudged to death. The issue of death penalty has been of concern since times immemorial; however, people all over the world have different ideas of what a death penalty actually is.

The death penalty within the logic of criminal justice in the "atonement for sin" expiation. Of striking that even in societies that abolished the death penalty there a large segment of public opinion is still supported: it is still reacting about "criminals" being, according to the logic that justifies the punishment of death and demanding law of retaliation: "Breaking fractured and eye for an eye and enact enact" Thus, "the death of death." They voice saying "respect for the victim's" claim to kill the murderer; calling for revenge and Tempted estimated that the offender takes advantage of compassionate treatment, no humanity. Move emotional reaction this is a genuine desire in the violence disrupted claims "humanism" humanists of civilization. Justify the death penalty means a decision to deny the sanctity of human life and transcendent described categorically and definitively. As such, if you are not for the life of the offender from the sanctity, there is no sanctity for any human life. Every execution is an act of despair in humanity. The issue is not to try to prove that the death penalty is not a deterrent; The issue is not in question for the appropriate retribution replaced. The death penalty is impossible because they do not prudence. It is incredibly because just think of the death penalty constitutes acceptance of killing a human being become "innocent" innocent, ie, literally, it is in the case was unable to inflict harm. Even necessary that stick out in the position, of legitimate self-defense cannot be here to serve as a pretext to accept the killing. At the same time, it is pertinent to note that many countries around the world have abolished the charge of a death penalty to their citizens despite the heinous acts that they may commit. Other countries, for example, India, still make use of the death penalty in the rarest of rare cases. Modern society should do away with the death penalty because in some cases, an innocent person may be charged with death, and furthermore, it is not considered ethically correct in order to deliver a death punishment on anyone. This essay helps in unravelling the mystery behind the ethics, as well as the use of the death penalty, and also focuses on the main causes of concern related to a death penalty.
Death penalty, also known as capital punishment, is a legal process that takes place under the purview of a state, for putting a criminal to die as a punishment for a crime committed by him. These crimes may be regarded as capital crimes or capital offences, and the term “capital” has been used because it refers to ‘the head’ in Latin. 58 nations around the world till date practice the grant of a death penalty whereas others have successfully abolished its use. Amnesty International considers the death penalty to be “the ultimate denial of human rights.” According to the organisation, “It is the premeditated and cold-blooded killing of a human being by the state. This cruel, inhuman and degrading punishment is done in the name of justice.” (“Death Penalty in 2011”) The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that awarding a death penalty to any human being violates the right to life and Amnesty International, thus, holds absolutely no exceptions for awarding the death penalty, despite the heinous acts that the criminal might have committed.
I am disagreeing with the death penalty as it is not the solution. Life is the gift of god and no one has right to grab this gift. The important reason due to which I am against it is that, it does not give any benefit to the victims. Murderer, who killed any person or did any other crime, taking his life in the shape of death penalty, does not provide any benefit to the victims. Death of the convicted person does not provide any benefit to the victim’s family. There should be a trend that murdered or accused person should pay some amount to the victims so that its family can spend live in a better way. Supporting them financially is the solution but death penalty is not the way out. (KING)
Death is not the ultimate punishment. Punishment is of such type that teach a lesson to the convicted, that should teach him/her about the consequences. Punishment means to teach him in a way that he will not repeat the mistake in future. So, death punishment is not an appropriate solution. (Yorke)

One of the main reasons behind abolishing the death penalty is that in many cases, an innocent person just might be executed. For example, in India, when the terrorist Afzal Guru had attacked the Indian Parliament, he was caught and sentenced to prison. He has been condemned by the courts and slapped with a death penalty. However, it is only the delay in the execution of the same that has still kept him alive. Guru had written numerous letters to various lawyers, the Supreme Court, as well as other eminent personalities in the Indian nation. Journalists and writers, like Praful Bidwai and Arundhati Roy, have helped his case by stating that he just might be an innocent bystander – a mere scapegoat caught in the entire rift of the attack and blamed for its happenings. According to his personal plead, he states that it was not his fault and that he is an innocent man. (Chandra)
This has put the Indian judiciary in a dilemma whether or not to go ahead with the death sentence granted to him. The delay has been taking place because of conservative jurists in the country, taking their time out in order to make a final decision which will not be regretted later. If the man turns out to be innocent, there will be a lot more like him that might stand up and actually take revolutionary actions against the nation. The country may turn against its judiciary and ten more terrorists may be given birth to. Putting condemned people in a death row or a kind of waiting line for their execution is also quite unethical, according to the Amnesty International, as well as other nations around the world. This is because the death row is as good as a convict being put in prison and, thus, why would that individual have to serve both time in prison as well as be hanged as per a death sentence?
Since a long time ago, capital punishment has been awarded to those that have committed terrifying crimes that have shaken the conscience of society on the whole; for example, murder, espionage, treason etc. The death penalty has definitely been regarded as one of the cruellest forms of punishment; in countries around the world methods like injecting lethal poisonous substances, putting the convict on an electric chair, suffocation in a gas chamber, as well as hanging till the spinal cord gets cut and the person is asphyxiated have been used. The last country in the world to abolish the death penalty was Gabon, in the year 2010. One of the main reasons that it has been criticised is that it leads to the miscarriage of justice due to wrongful execution of people.
Capital punishment should be used only in the rarest of rare cases; for example, Ajmal Kasab, the terrorist behind the 26/11 attacks in Mumbai awaits his execution. The Robert Pickton case, where a serial killer committed second degree murders of six women was extremely terrifying, yet the murderer was granted life imprisonment and not a death penalty. Human dignity is a right of every individual and despite the wrongful doings of people; they still deserve a right to life. Furthermore, it is the media that fuels the minds of people and makes them believe that living in a society where everyone is granted a death penalty for their wrongdoings will help in creating a better world. If this were true, then killing people would lead to a Utopian destination, however, capital punishment is still wrong and should only be granted to the worst kind of criminals, and that too after a good amount of deliberation. According to my opinion, punishment should be like any penalty which is related to fine or prison should be given, so that the person knows about the consequences. He would feel some fear about the penalty. So, teaching a hard lesson is a good penalty rather than sentence to death. (Arguments against capital punishment)

PERSUASIVE /ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAY OUTLINE

My topic: Death Penalty
1)

My opinion and feeling about this topic:  Opinions differed between supporters and opponents and neutral. Frankly death penalty represents a flagrant violation of the right to life, also represents a form of cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment It is the only punishment that is irreversible. They also should not have a place in any modern criminal justice system.it should be used only in the rarest of rare cases, so this is the capitalist punishment and there are many innocent people should not judge by death penalty. Also, capital punishment is still wrong and should only be granted to the worst kind of criminals, and that too after a good amount of deliberation. The issue of death penalty has been of concern since times immemorial; however, people all over the world have different ideas of what a death penalty actually is. On the other hand, I am against death sentence completely because killing the offender will not bring to me a murdered . likewise, Opinions differed between supporters and opponents and neutral.

Thesis: My essay will help in unravelling the mystery behind the ethics, as well as the use of the death penalty, and also focuses on the main causes of concern related to a death penalty.
Reason #1: That human life is not the right gift one that grabbed
Why important: The reason is that every human being has the right to live in this world

Supporting detail: That the original punishment reform and deterrence of offenders act like this is not available in the loss of any sense of spirit deter.  How can the non-existent that deterred after his death and the meaning of the Reformed this case.

Reason #2: These best solution for them to life imprisonment in a mental asylums
Why important:  it is because in prison humans can see his relatives and in this sense every watched criminal case that person knows for sure that if he did such science will receive such punishment. The piece is the best way to deter criminals

Supporting detail: Sentenced to life imprisonment like in Second Life where to eat and drink, and play exercises practiced hobbies you have friends, you can contact with your family, and other people. Refutation of opponent's arguments: Some might say that the death penalty stipulated in Islamic law, yes.Law stipulates the death penalty, but what some ignorant that man-made laws make the right punishment for the state, while Islamic law it is outside the scope of discretionary convict.

conclusion :I think that the finish of a crime penalty be worthwhile education and attention the economic aspect and the establishment of institutions able to raise awareness and culture sound, and as long as our is able to do so is not economically and not in terms of social, death penalty remains penalty as a deterrent, but that we get to the level we find a suitable replacement.

My final paper

I was agreeing with death penalty as punishment for criminals but recently, I am disagreeing with this punishment. from old time until now the death penalty is the capital punishment for criminals.  If I were president to a country, I would abolish this judgment. There are several reasons for example there are people who are innocent, and it is possible use of life imprisonment for a criminal rather than killing. My final essay will helps in unravelling the mystery behind the ethics, as well as the use of the death penalty, and also focuses on the main causes of concern related to a death penalty.

My third interview

Preparations:
I had done two interviews with Salah and Abdullah who are from Oman. However, I have looked out to interview another person form Oman . I came up with twelve questions for this interview, while I was looking for third person. Also, I have collected some major subjects which interested me already about Oman. In my perspective, The first and second interview went well. On the other hand, in this interview I would develop my skills of doing interviews with people and learned more about Oman. I found some one named Nasar that from Oman and he was pleased to do the third interview with me to cover all questions. Moreover, I had included questions  that need to be answered. First, I had to scheduled a meeting with my interviewee. second, I had to look for a place for staying and doing our interview. Needed, Dr. Roland, my classmates and I listed twelve questions that might be helpful to collect many information from the interviews. Also, I focused on some points to to develop in this interview which are; make a list of my best qualities, be ready to talk about myself and future to answer my interview if he or she asked, and take a good look at my questions.

How did you approach people?

After I a few days of looking fo third person to do this interview my mind came up with a new idea that might be helpful to find that person. I called my first interview to help me to get another person and he said he would help me. since he had found that person he gave him my information.

When, where, and how did you conduct and record the interview?
On the education building in 11/09 I met Nasar. I asked him if it is ok to record our interview, so he said he do not mind. Then, we went to bring coffee before we start.
Whom did you interview?
I interviewed Nasar who is from Oman. Nasar is 46 years old. He came with his daughter to the United States because she wants to complete her education here.

Interview report:
the interview went quiet well. Nasar has been here in the United States of America for 3 years but in Minnesota state he has been here for three months. Nasar was very awesome while I was talking to him becuase he understood me and my questions. He realy has known many information about Oman. in the other hand, Nasar largest owner in Oman dairy producer. He responded with enthusiasm, which was very interesting and helped for me. I have had collected some answers from first and second interview, so while he aws talking in  some points I shared him the information and he agreed with me.Recently, I am very lucky because I know many things about Oman country.1)2)3)

  Country Report:

        4)
When I did this interview I thought abough finding a correct information about Oman because in some day might  someone takes a look over my blog and finds a good info that may helpful for him or her. I collected of Nasar Some interesting things about Oman contry such as , population, their king name, currency, distance and religious in that country. The population in Omanmore than 2.5 million. The king of Oman calls Sultan Qaboos bin Said and their currency is Rial. We halked about the religious in his country and he surprised me when he said most of the population treligion is Islam So,"73% of the population follow Alabaza tradition" he says , and there are Sunni and Shi'a Muslims, and there are Hindu. The official language in Oman is Arabic. There are also several other languages spoken by the minority, such as Farsi, Urdu and Baluchi. English is used widely in the business community and government sectors to some extent. Although, there is no official policy calls for non-use of other languages but the government requires the use of the Arabic language in official communications and public legal documents

He came over with that Oman occupies the south-eastern part of the peninsula coastline extends for a distance of 1,700 KM. It Bordered by Saudi Arabia and the UAE to the west and south Yemen. Oman is the second largest country in the Arabian Peninsula. Nasar gave me some other things about is country when I asked him that " May you give me some information about your country?". Also, It meets Arabian Sea coast and the Gulf of Oman. Topography characterized by Omani diversity consists of plains, desert, mountains and valleys. Sahara comprise about 82% of the area of Oman. Likewise, Salalah is the administrative capital of the Dhofar city in southern Oman .

Nasar and I started talking about Oman Law which is very important to people who may go there some time. While we were talking about Oman law. Oman Islamic country and committed to strict Islamic tradition and characterized by people's behavior and dress humbled in general. However, Nasar mentioned about the law of using Alcohol in Oman. Nasar told me in Oman Completely prevent drug importation and the violator may be exposed to prison. Oman applies strict penalties for drug offenses. Alcoholic beverages are available in large hotels and restaurants, but it is not allowed except for holders of permits issued by the royal Oman Police to purchase Alcoholic beverages for private use at home. At least he said Oman quite modest towards other religions it facing a number of churches and temples for worship of other religions.

We talked about, so he said to me that Oman history name Oman known in different historical stages more than name. Among the most prominent names Majan and Mazoon. Likewise Nasar mentions that name Majan was associated with known shipbuilding and copper smelting by language Sumerians, the name Mazoon, it has been associated abundance of water resources in previous historical periods. He said word Mazoon derived from the word Mozon a heavy clouds and water flowing. For Name Oman, it stated in the migration of Arab tribes from a place called Oman in Yemen. As said they called the Oman relative to Oman Ben Abraham peace be upon him. Also, It was that they named after the Amman bin Saba bin Agthan bin Ibrahim.

N:First, a person has to be honest, and he has to have ability to protect his wife and his children when he has. Second, a girl should except the guy who wants her to be a wife. third, there must be proves for their marriage contract. Also, It is better for a guy to have a job.

N: Yab, here in the U.S a person knows his/her major while he/ she is in the high school but in my country they do not have educate about this. On the othe hand, the quality of the United States is more better that Oman.
S:yeah I totally agree. there are many countries in the Middle East do not have the quality in education I did not know why!
N: They will improve that soon with using a new technology.
S: I hope that as soon as possible, so What can you tell me about your country history?
N: If you would talk about Oman histry I may want three days to cover everything hhhhhh.
