Frankly death penalty represents a flagrant violation of the right to life, also represents a form of cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment It is the only punishment that is irreversible. They also should not have a place in any modern criminal justice system.it should be used only in the rarest of rare cases, so this is the capitalist punishment and there are many innocent people should not judge by death penalty. Also, capital punishment is still wrong and should only be granted to the worst kind of criminals, and that too after a good amount of deliberation. The issue of death penalty has been of concern since times immemorial; however, people all over the world have different ideas of what a death penalty actually is. On the other hand, I am against death sentence completely because killing the offender will not bring to me a murdered . likewise, Opinions differed between supporters and opponents and neutral.
